The $8,588 Renovation Move-In Package adds a wardrobe, painting, plumbing connections and essential renovation works, making it suitable for newly completed homes. The $23,888 Resale Renovation Package provides more extensive renovation works, including hacking, tiling, waterproofing and plumbing for the kitchen and two toilets. Additional works or upgrades can be arranged at an extra cost.
Do the packages include design consultation and 3D drawings?
Yes. All three renovation packages include professional interior design services, covering space planning, furniture layout, 3D perspective drawings, material selection and colour consultation. Our designers will work with you to develop a design that suits your home's layout, lifestyle and preferences.
What materials are used for the kitchen cabinets?
All three renovation packages use E0 low-formaldehyde plywood for carpentry. Kitchen cabinets include Higold soft-closing hinges and a waterproof board or carcass at the sink cabinet area. Depending on the package, cabinetry also features designer laminate finishes, ABS trimming and sintered countertops. Higold hinges and Blum HK lift-up hinges are backed by lifetime warranties, subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.
What is covered under the 5-year warranty?
All three renovation packages include a 5-year warranty on carpentry and workmanship, providing homeowners with added peace of mind. Warranty coverage is subject to King Hall Design's official warranty terms and conditions. Higold hinges and Blum HK lift-up hinges are separately covered by lifetime manufacturer warranties, subject to the respective manufacturers' terms.

Terms & Conditions
Please review the operational terms, warranty coverage, and promotional parameters applicable to King Hall Design renovation packages.
1. Promotional Pricing & Scope
All promotional prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD): $4,888 for the Kitchen Basic Package, $8,588 for the Renovation Move-In Package, and $23,888 for the Resale Renovation Package. No additional GST will be charged on the advertised prices. Each package covers only the works, materials and dimensions specifically listed in its inclusions. Any additional works, modifications or upgrades will be quoted separately and are subject to customer approval.
2. Work Outside Listed Inclusions
Any renovation works, materials or services not expressly included in the selected package will be charged separately. This includes additional carpentry, electrical works, masonry, false ceilings, flooring and other requested modifications. A revised quotation will be provided for all additional works, and customer approval must be obtained before proceeding.
3. Site Assessment & Variations
King Hall Design conducts an on-site assessment to verify measurements, existing site conditions and renovation requirements before commencing works. Should unforeseen site conditions or additional works arise, a revised quotation will be provided where applicable. Any additional charges must be approved by the homeowner before the affected works proceed.
4. Material & Hardware Availability
Materials, finishes, colours and hardware selections are subject to supplier and manufacturer availability. Should a selected item become unavailable or discontinued, King Hall Design will inform the homeowner and propose suitable alternatives. Any changes in specifications or pricing will be communicated and require homeowner approval before proceeding.
5. 5-Year Warranty Coverage
Our signature 5-Year Warranty covers internal custom built-in carpentry joinery, delamination defects, and workmanship under ordinary residential use. It excludes normal wear and tear, intentional neglect, unauthorised third-party modifications, and water damage occurring outside designated waterproof carcass zones.
6. Manufacturer Lifetime Warranties
Higold hinges and Blum HK lift-up hinges are covered by lifetime warranties, subject to the respective manufacturers' warranty terms and conditions.
7. Promotional Gifts & Eligibility
The first 10 customers for each renovation package who sign the renovation contract and pay the required deposit will receive a complimentary pull-down lift basket.
The $8,588 Renovation Move-In Package and $23,888 Resale Renovation Package also include a complimentary 1ft pull-out spice rack.
