Interior design & renovation, since 1983.
At King Hall Design, we believe in creating spaces that inspire, comfort, and elevate everyday living. With over 40 years of continuous operation, our mission is to bring your vision to life with uncompromising craftsmanship, transparent pricing, and a standard passed down through three generations.
Where the standard started.
Founded by Mr Chua Siang Kee in 1983, King Hall Renovation & Material Supply Co. launched its first showroom in Joo Chiat Complex. What began as a dedicated renovation and materials supply outfit grew, project by project, into a household name that Singapore families passed down through generations.
Mr Yusoff Ali took over leadership as Director in 2008, carrying the standard forward rather than diluting it with subcontracting shortcuts — and continues to lead King Hall Design today.
Our philosophy remains simple: build only what we are willing to warranty for five full years.
Three generations, one standard.
Over four decades, the King Hall family has transformed more than 1,000 homes across Singapore. Located at 2 Pereira Road, our design studio features complete material mock-ups, built-in joinery showcases, and lighting simulation zones.
Our team of over 30 craftspeople and interior designers carries a combined experience exceeding 100 years — providing seasoned, accountable guidance for every HDB flat, private residence, and commercial workspace we deliver.
"We Made It!" — our brand motto is a testament to the perseverance, dedication, and joy shared with every family upon successful handover.
“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”
