This was my first experience with renovations of any kind and I gather from speaking to people who have, there can be horror stories with unfortunate frequency. I can safely say that my HDB flat renovation experience managed by Mr Yusoff of King Hall Design, was professional, timely and efficient. In this day and age of competitive business, the dividing line in many cases is service. Mr Yusoff provided a prompt and competitive quote. He was true to his word for milestone dates and the installation went very well; all this right before/ during Chinese New Year. Mr Yusoff literally brought our thoughts and visions to life. Due to the chemistry and rapport developed, I wouldn’t use another renovation manager/ company. In fact, we are about to start another project within the next 3 months.
